How it works

1. User issues a command (e.g., !monibot send $10 to @bob).
2. MoniBot resolves @bob to a MoniTag and its corresponding address.
3. MoniBot prompts the sender to authorize the payment via a secure link.
4. Once authorized, the MoniBotRouter executes the transfer on-chain.
