Creating an Invoice

Enter Recipient

Type the customer's MoniTag (e.g., @customer_name).

Add Items

List the services or products provided, along with their prices in USD.

Set Due Date

Optionally specify when the payment is expected.

Send

The customer will receive a notification in their MoniPay app and can pay with a single tap.

Invoice Lifecycle

  1. Draft: You are still editing the invoice.
  2. Sent: The invoice has been delivered to the customer.
  3. Viewed: The customer has opened the invoice link.
  4. Paid: The transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.
  5. Overdue: The due date has passed without payment.

Invoices are settled in the stablecoin of your choice (USDC, USDT, or aUSD) and are subject to the standard 1% platform fee.
